Job Description
- Develop and manage enrolment forecasts, targets, and pipeline tracking across the region
- Analyse application, conversion, and enrolment data to identify trends and performance gaps
- Monitor admissions and marketing funnel performance, recommending optimization strategies
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Partner with admissions and marketing teams to deliver actionable insights
- Conduct scenario modelling to assess market, economic, and competitor impacts
- Track retention and re-enrolment trends, identifying risks and opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting for leadership stakeholders
- Hybrid (3 days in office) in Miami, FL plus 30% travel across the Americas

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 2-5+ years' experience in data analytics, FP&A, marketing analytics, or admissions planning
- Strong forecasting and quantitative analysis skills
- Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions
- Experience with SQL, Python, or predictive analytics (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- A proactive, organized, and commercially minded approach
