We are hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement, renowned for safety, reliability, and exceptional quality standards across hundreds of service centers.

The Role

• Lead a team of service technicians in the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial order to vehicle handover, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, handling customer funds, and processing incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure all audit-relevant standards are met and maintained.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with preferred experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo and pass the required certification for operational management (HWK) or already hold this qualification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficiency in PC operations.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering trust and cooperation.
• Good command of the German language.
