The Role

• Serve as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and leading the team in a shared capacity.
• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for all customers.
• Handle a variety of operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, stock merchandising, and quality control (e.g., checking expiration dates, freshness).
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stocking and cleaning responsibilities.

What You'll Need

• A solid foundation in retail, ideally with completed vocational training or relevant professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment in customer interaction.
• A proactive and diligent work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative.
• Flexibility, strong team spirit, organizational skills, and some leadership experience.
• Good German language proficiency (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
