The Role • Serve as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and leading the team in a shared capacity. • Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for all customers. • Handle a variety of operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Manage incoming goods, stock merchandising, and quality control (e.g., checking expiration dates, freshness). • Perform cashier duties and assist with stocking and cleaning responsibilities.
