The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting ofry a premier global manufacturing leader to identify a strategic and impact-driven Principal IT Finance Analyst. Operating out of the Greater Akron, Ohio region on a hybrid schedule, this pivotal role serves as the high-visibility bridge between enterprise Finance leadership and global Information Technology.

In this freshly created position, you will lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, oversee core financial architecture, and steer system integration projects that support ongoing expansion. StaffRight Associates is managing this exclusive search to connect a vision-aligned IT professional with an expanding enterprise dedicated to innovation, operational agility, and technological excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Champion collaboration between executive Finance leadership, Business Process Owners, and IT teams to translate complex financial mandates into scalable technical architectures.

  • Orchestrate Project Lifecycles: Lead cross-functional enterprise software initiatives from initial requirement scoping through planning, integration, user acceptance testing, and post-launch optimization.

  • Architect System Solutions: Partner with Enterprise Architecture and vendor partners to design, implement, and maintain secure application interfaces, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems.

  • Optimize Business Operations: Synthesize business requirements into precise technical specifications, automating workflows and refining core financial platforms to maximize organizational efficiency.

  • Execute System Governance: Monitor overall application health, direct software upgrade schedules, manage platform licensing, and analyze functional impact vectors for platform releases.

  • Direct M&A Integration: Direct the onboarding of newly acquired entities by consolidating redundant technologies and standardizing financial systems onto unified global platforms.

  • Lead Vendor & Tool Selection: Evaluate next-generation software options, orchestrate RFP processes, and direct external implementation partners to advance financial digital transformation goals.

What You Bring

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

  • Domain Expertise: 6+ years of progressive experience overseeing enterprise financial platforms, business applications, and IT systems analysis.

  • Core Technical Competencies: Hands-on mastery and deep familiarity with Sap, Saas Applications, Cloud-Based Enterprise Platforms, System Integrations, Enterprise Integration Methods, Application Architecture, Apis, and Data Exchange Technologies.

  • Methodological Skillsets: Proven competency in Project Management, Functional Specification Writing, Requirements Gathering, Change Management, Audit Frameworks, IT Governance, and Internal Controls Compliance.

  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience driving multi-faceted technology rollouts, facilitating vendor selections, and clear communication across executive leadership tiers.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Baseline Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 annual base salary

  • Incentive Compensation: 10% annual performance bonus
