Job Description:

Role Profile: Senior Project / Program Manager (Onshore)

• Experience Level: 12+ years of enterprise IT program management and technical delivery leadership.
• Domain Focus: Insurance technology transformations, claims lifecycle management, enterprise integration, and complex software delivery programs.
• Engagement Alignment: Functions as onshore delivery co-pilot, providing transparent reporting and driving execution accountability on a high-initiative program.

  Required Qualifications & Competencies

1. Insurance & Claims Domain Mastery:
   • Proven track record leading large-scale claims management system implementations or modernizations.
   • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle, operational workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
2. Technical & Architectural Fluency:
   • Ability to bridge high-level technical architecture (microservices, event-driven data flows, AI enablement) with tactical delivery planning.
3. Program Control & Governance:
   • Mastery of agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery frameworks.
   • Demonstrated capability in critical path analysis, resource allocation, risk management, and scope control.
4. Executive Stakeholder Communication:
   • Strong executive presence with experience managing strategic communications, steering committee reporting, and sponsor-level decision-making.
