This Contract position offers the opportunity to coordinate service activities across multiple events, handle inquiries with professionalism, and help improve how information and support are delivered. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage event-related details in both office and onsite environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for attendee, exhibitor, and staff questions, providing timely follow-up and seeing issues through to completion. Review event websites and registration-related content to confirm accuracy, usability, and alignment with event needs for both internal and external users. Investigate service concerns, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions that improve the overall customer experience. Work closely with internal departments and external partners to introduce service improvements and strengthen event support processes.

Manage registrations across multiple platforms with precision, ensuring records are complete and information is entered correctly. Track exhibitor timelines, deliver status updates through appropriate communication channels, and keep stakeholders informed of important milestones. Coordinate with operations teams to prepare pricing materials and support the development of competitive event-related service packages. Create and maintain exhibitor service documentation for assigned events, including vendor details, service information, and booth participation guidelines.

Travel to conferences, trade shows, vendor meetings, and client locations as needed to provide onsite support for event activities. Requirements
Associate degree or comparable relevant experience. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or exhibitor-focused project support. Solid computer proficiency with the ability to learn and use multiple registration and event support systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a thorough and service-oriented approach.

Demonstrated ability to manage details accurately while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
