About our client

Our client is a leading private markets investment and advisory group with a global presence and USD 8.8 billion under management and advice. In addition to Private Equity, they operate in range of alternative asset classes including Timberlands/Carbon and Infrastructure. What the job involves

Reporting to the Partner of Private Equity in Europe, the role and key responsibilities are:
  • Support the European Private Equity team in managing the in-place portfolio of private equity funds and co-investments, and regular fund reporting to investors
  • Support the team's client management and capital raising efforts by developing content for client presentations. Translate global team's thoughts and objectives into presentations, crafting ideas to highlight fundraising opportunities, investment success, and company information in innovative ways
  • Maintain, improve, and create databases (deal flow, Sustainable Development Goals, CRM, etc.) to continually improve information captured, increase visualization, and utilize data for sourcing and diligence purposes
  • Assist in the sourcing, analysis, completion and monitoring of private equity funds and co-investment transactions working alongside various private equity firms in the market
  • Provide end-to-end assistance in the investment process including initial investment and co-investment partner appraisal, investment committee paper drafting, process management, legal documentation management and closing
