Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse in our Specialty Infusion program at Henry Ford Health, you'll be at the heart of patient care—leading the charge in delivering exceptional, compassionate care that transforms lives. You'll harness the full power of the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with precision and purpose. Your leadership will drive meaningful connections between patients, families, and our healthcare team, turning clinical expertise into real-world health outcomes that matter.

• Master the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with precision and adaptability.
• Empower your team by delegating, supervising, and documenting care and patient/family education with confidence and clarity.
• Drive collaboration by communicating critical patient and family information across the healthcare team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Innovate solutions by identifying and implementing strategies to overcome variances and achieve patient goals with creativity and determination.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
