ServiceNow &amp; Identity Migration Architect (Okta to Entra ID) Location: Fully Remote<br />Rate: £680 - £730 per day (Inside IR35/Umbrella)<br />Contract:

Initial 2 month contract with extension potential We're supporting Davies in the search for an experienced ServiceNow &amp; Identity Migration Architect to join a major identity transformation programme, migrating from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong ServiceNow architecture background and proven experience delivering identity and access management transformations.

You'll be responsible for assessing current-state processes, gathering requirements from key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for workflow rationalisation and automation, and defining the target-state architecture for identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business, security, and technical stakeholders<br />Assess and document existing identity and access management processes<br />Analyse current ServiceNow workflows and integrations supporting Okta<br />Design future-state workflows and integrations aligned to Microsoft Entra ID<br />Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate processes<br />Define solution and integration architecture across ServiceNow and Entra ID<br />Support the successful delivery of the migration programme from a design and governance perspective<br />Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation Essential Experience Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect<br />Strong ServiceNow workflow design, automation, and integration expertise<br />Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with IAM platforms<br />Experience delivering Okta to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) migration programmes<br />Strong understanding of Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance<br />Experience with Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and lifecycle management<br />Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience<br />Enterprise architecture and solution design experience within large-scale transformation programmes Ideal Candidate This is not a pure IAM Architect role.
