About the Role
At ARX Robotics, reliable logistics are essential to the successful delivery and operation of our robotic systems and operational equipment. As Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate national and international shipments across the globe, including robotic systems, spare parts, demo equipment, trade show materials, and other goods. You will ensure that shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently, from booking and documentation to customs coordination and final delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal teams such as Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Projects. Combining a structured and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail, you will maintain accurate logistics records, support export declarations based on the classification and clearance provided by the Trade Compliance team, and help resolve day-to-day shipping challenges in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner.
What You'll Build
- Coordinate and execute national and international shipments across the globe
- Organize deliveries of robotic systems, spare parts, demo equipment, trade show materials, and other operational goods
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation and support export declarations based on the classification and clearance provided by the Trade Compliance team
- Book shipments and coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs brokers
- Coordinate shipment readiness with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams
- Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment data, and shipping documentation
- Handle day-to-day logistics requests and resolve operational shipping issues
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of professional experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, customs operations, or supply chain
- Hands-on experience with national and international shipments and freight forwarding
- Good understanding of shipping and customs documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms
- Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
- Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style with strong attention to detail
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, especially when dealing with operational issues
- Strong communication skills in German and English
