Required Skills & Experience

• Product Management Experience - 4+ years in product management within tech, data, or platform?driven environments
• Agile Lifecycle Ownership - Proven ability to manage products from ideation through launch
• Data?Driven Product Work - Experience with analytics platforms or predictive technologies
• Technical Communication - Ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering and data teams
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Desired Skills & Experience

• Sports Industry Interest - Passion for sports and curiosity about predictive analytics
• Product Tools - Familiarity with Jira, Productboard, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
• Startup Experience - Prior exposure to early?stage or founding product roles

Daily Responsibilities

• 60% Hands?On Execution - Writing requirements, managing backlog, driving sprint progress
• 20% Strategic Planning - Roadmapping, aligning product direction with business goals
• 20% Team Collaboration - Syncing with engineering, design, and data science
