Customer Resolution Specialist - 1-Year Contract

TAL is seeking an Internal Dispute Resolution Specialist to help deliver fair, timely outcomes for customers who raise concerns. You will investigate with care, communicate clearly, and uphold our standards to strengthen trust in TAL.

In this 12-month fixed term contract, you will conduct independent investigations, guide customers through the resolution process, identify root causes, and collaborate with teams to improve complaint management and prevent recurring issues.
