Job Summary

We are hiring a hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead with strong Guidewire Cloud development experience. The ideal candidate must have extensive coding, configuration, and integration experience and be capable of leading a small offshore team while remaining actively involved in development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter Development

• 5+ years of Guidewire Integration

• 5+ years of Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD)

• Guidewire Cloud (Niseko, Oulu, or Las Lenas)

• Guidewire Configuration & API Development

• Integration Gateway (Apache Camel)

• App Events (REST APIs/Webhooks)

• Java Development

• Technical Leadership (2+ years)

Required Certifications

• Active Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification (Mandatory)

Preferred Certifications

• Guidewire Cloud Certification

• Guidewire ACE Certification

• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.

• Develop APIs and Integration Gateway services using Apache Camel.

• Build App Events integrations for Guidewire Cloud.

• Mentor developers and lead technical discussions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Guidewire development issues.

Interview Process

• Scenario-based technical interview

• Guidewire coding and development questions

• Hands-on technical discussion

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong Guidewire development experience (not support or migration only)

• Active Guidewire Certification

• Strong Configuration and/or Integration experience

• Hands-on coding experience in Guidewire Cloud
