Software Engineer II with Security Clearance

Kavaliro is seeking a Software Engineer II to support a client in Fort Meade, MD. Job Description: We are seeking a Software / Data Engineer with strong experience supporting analytic workflows and data processing frameworks in a classified, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GhostMachine analytics, Java-based application development, and dataflow orchestration tools, and is comfortable supporting enterprise processes and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and support analytics using GhostMachine * Build and support data processing solutions using the Portable Map Reduce (PMR) framework * Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot * Design and support dataflows using NiFi and Notifier Support the AVP process and represent analytic efforts to AVG as required * Use GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflows * Leverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for tracking, documentation, and collaboration Required Qualifications: * Experience with GhostMachine analytics * Experience with Portable Map Reduce (PMR) framework * Strong Java development experience, including Spring and Spring Boot Hands-on experience with NiFi and Notifier * Familiarity with AVP processes and representing work to AVG * Experience using GitLab and the Atlassian tool suite * Ability to work fully onsite in a secure environment * Active TS/SCI w Full Scope Polygraph Location: * Fort Meade, MD * This position is onsite and there is no remote availability Clearance Requirement: * Candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. * Applicant MUST hold a permanent U.S. citizenship for this position in accordance with government contract requirements.
