The Role

• Ensure continuous improvement of processes to increase plant availability and productivity.
• Organize and execute projects within the maintenance department.
• Undertake the care, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of all operational technical facilities, machinery, equipment, and plants.
• Perform regular inspection tasks and troubleshoot faults and malfunctions.
• Contribute to the necessary conversion and expansion of production facilities.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Professional experience in production environments.
• Experience with process technology and PLC technology.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Quick comprehension and strong teamwork skills.
• High level of motivation, resilience, reliability, and responsibility.
