Job description

C&S has immediate openings for full-time Stackers in Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for Stackers: $17/hr.; Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., for training and evaluation before transitioning to a rotating 12-hour schedule
Responsibilities:
  • reviewing and assessing folded product and must immediately notify the Folder Operator of any quality concerns
  • identifying and communicating quality or mechanical issues
  • ensuring finished product is stacked neatly and accurately
  • perform housekeeping, material movement and support tasks to help ensure the folder is ready to resume operation
  • maintain operation of machines, which may include cleaning, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing or commercial printing environment preferred
  • ability to lift (up to 60 pounds), pull, push, reach and stoop during shift
  • must be quality minded, work as part of a team and have a strong attention to detail
  • ability to operate equipment and involves a variety of problems to be solved using general guidelines
