Guidewire ClaimCenter Consultants support insurance carriers in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ClaimCenter to streamline claims operations. The role blends functional expertise, technical configuration, and client-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ClaimCenter modules (FNOL, Policy, Exposure, Financials, Subrogation).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ClaimCenter solutions.
• Develop and maintain Gosu scripts, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Support end‑to‑end implementation: design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Integration, QA).
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post‑production support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Gosu, Guidewire Studio, and ClaimCenter data model.
• Experience with SOAP/REST integrations, messaging, and batch processes.
• Understanding of P&C insurance workflows and claims lifecycle.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire Certified Specialist or Certified Associate in ClaimCenter.
• Experience with cloud deployments (Guidewire Cloud, AWS).
