About Us

We are a multidisciplinary development technical consultancy operating across the UK, delivering expert advice to private and public sector clients on residential, commercial and public sector developments. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Group team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who enjoys coordinating complex projects, building strong relationships and driving successful delivery across multiple disciplines.

The Role

You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of projects, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met while acting as the key link between clients, internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll also play an important role in developing consistent project management processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large, multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate internal teams, clients, consultants and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
  • Chair project meetings and provide clear client communication.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and drive solutions.
  • Manage fee proposals, project finances and third-party approvals.
  • Support the development of company-wide project management processes.
  • Travel nationally as required to support projects.
About You

You'll be an experienced Project Manager with:

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects, ideally within consultancy, engineering, construction or development.
  • Strong organisational, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
