This employer is a leading retail services provider known for its commitment to customer experience and innovation in the telecommunications space. They are seeking a dedicated IT Field Support Technician to ensure seamless technology operations across their retail locations.

The Role

• Provide primary hardware and software support for retail locations, resolving user issues escalated from the National Operations Center.
• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize IT service requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WAN/LAN, including cabling.
• Manage and track IT inventory within a designated territory.
• Coordinate with end-users and other departments to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Maintain updated knowledge of company software, hardware, and approved procedures.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable technology support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving history for the past 3 years.
