Job Title: Senior SAP Finance Lead
Location: New York City, NY / San Francisco, CA (Hybrid with Travel)

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Lead with 20+ years of SAP experience to lead an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation for a global retail client. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SAP Finance, SAP IS-Retail, SAP S/4HANA, and U.S. financial processes and compliance.
Required Skills
  • 20+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Finance.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
  • Strong experience with SAP IS-Retail.
  • Proven expertise in U.S. financial requirements, including accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Prior experience with SAP Public Cloud is highly preferred.
