Job Description

*This role is full-time in office.


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to support one of our founding Directors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and handle situations with professionalism and discretion.

This role requires a dedicated individual who can anticipate the needs of the Director and provide seamless support to ensure the efficient operation of daily activities. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
  • Work effectively with challenging situations, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and resilience
  • Support the smooth operation of the Director’s daily activities


Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Strong digital skills – the ability to navigate digital systems and processes effectively
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Experience in a corporate environment


Nice to have

  • A strong understanding of a digital company’s operations and objectives is highly desirable
  • Past experience in a digital company delivering a wide range of digital services


Salary and incentives

  • Starting salary of £29,000-£33,500, depending on skills, knowledge and experience.
