We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join a leading healthcare provider renowned for its commitment to medical quality and patient care. The Role

• Independently operate linear accelerators (LINACs) to ensure the smooth execution of radiation treatments.
• Perform 4D simulations and utilize image-guided procedures for optimal treatment planning.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to patients throughout their therapy journey.
• Contribute to a high-standard of technical precision and patient safety in radiation therapy.

What You'll Need

• Completed, state-recognized training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent qualification, including current radiation protection expertise.
• Practical experience in radiation therapy is highly desirable.
• Empathy, a friendly and respectful demeanor towards patients, and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Engaged, structured, and conscientious work ethic, both independently and as part of a team.
• Clear, appreciative communication style and a high degree of service orientation.
