The Role • Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of comprehensive training. • Provide strategic direction and motivation to sales and service teams, ensuring accountability for daily activities and achieving results. • Drive customer retention through the development of a highly motivated team focused on exceptional service. • Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations, coaching, and training opportunities. • Manage Profit and Loss statements, strategically investing in growth while balancing expense margins. • Identify and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and address deficiencies.
