Required Technical Qualifications:
  • Apple macOS: Strong hands-on administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, patching, and support experience
  • Windows Server 2019: Hands-on configuration, administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical-support experience
  • Workstation Management Software: Experience configuring and administering workstation/endpoint-management solutions
  • Apple Endpoint Management: Experience with device enrollment, profiles, policies, inventory, monitoring, and compliance
  • Systems Administration: Experience supporting desktop, endpoint, server, OS, configuration, and operational environments
  • Endpoint Management: Experience administering and maintaining enterprise-managed endpoint devices
  • Configuration Management: Experience documenting, controlling, and implementing approved hardware/software configuration changes
  • Patch Management: Experience deploying and validating operating-system and software patches/updates
  • Troubleshooting: Strong root-cause analysis and incident-resolution capabilities across macOS, Windows Server, endpoint-management, and software components
  • Compliance Support: Experience identifying configuration/compliance gaps and implementing remediation
  • NIST-Based Security: Understanding of NIST-based system and security-control requirements
  • POA&M Support: Ability to support remediation and documentation of security/compliance findings
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to develop assessment reports, configuration documentation, issue logs, procedures, and technical recommendations
  • End-User Support: Experience diagnosing and resolving user-impacting workstation/system issues
  • Knowledge Transfer: Ability to communicate technical procedures to Government personnel
  • Vendor Coordination: Experience escalating and coordinating software/product support issues

Experience:
5+ years of progressively responsible systems-administration / infrastructure-support experience
3+ years of hands-on Apple macOS enterprise administration
3+ years supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments
Demonstrated experience with enterprise workstation/endpoint-management software
Prior experience supporting secure, regulated, Government, or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred
Preference Certifications:
Apple Certified IT Professional
Apple Certified Support Professional or comparable Apple technical certification
Microsoft Windows Server / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator certification
Microsoft endpoint-administration certification
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Server+
Relevant endpoint/workstation-management platform certification
ITIL Foundation
Relevant NIST/cybersecurity training or certification
