The Role • Operate, control, and monitor the manufacturing process according to production instructions. • Clean and sterilize equipment components and packaging materials. • Ensure process safety and adherence to GMP and hygiene guidelines. • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, taking responsibility for specific production areas. • Document manufacturing steps accurately according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Conduct hygiene monitoring and support preventative maintenance activities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, production specialist in chemistry, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, preferably in a cleanroom environment. • Experience with aseptic manufacturing processes is advantageous. • Willingness to learn about plant technology. • Basic knowledge of IT applications (e.g., MS Office, SAP is a plus). • High degree of personal responsibility and a strong quality awareness. • Readiness to work in shifts.
