The Role • Independently conduct passenger train journeys in compliance with all regulations and safety standards. • Operate trains for a national network originating from Berlin. • Ensure reliable communication with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Maintain punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform pre- and post-operation tasks to ensure operational readiness. • Contribute actively to positive and professional passenger communication. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport as a train driver. • Route knowledge around Berlin is advantageous. • High safety awareness and sense of responsibility. • Strong communication, service-oriented, and team player skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
