Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager - Banking

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager to lead complex finance transactions within our global Corporate Trust business. You will structure, coordinate, and close deals across debt, securitization, and structured finance products, managing documentation, onboarding, cash flow waterfalls, and ongoing covenant monitoring. Partner with clients, counsel, and internal risk, operations, and technology teams to ensure compliant execution. This role combines transaction leadership, risk management, and client coverage in a highly collaborative, data-driven environment.
