Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher's to join our team for a Non-Voice US Mortgage Process (Title Search/Typing). This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the mortgage industry with professional growth and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform title search and data entry related to US mortgage documents.
• Type and process mortgage documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review and extract information from property records and legal documents.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Adhere to internal quality standards and SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve process-related issues.
• Work in night shifts to support the US-based process.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Good analytical and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.) No LLB.
• Experience: Fresher's are welcome. Prior experience in mortgage process is a plus.
• Location Preference: Candidates must be from or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Work Schedule:

• Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone).
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday off).
