Key Responsibilities

Lead the division's long-term strategic planning process and coordinate annual strategy reviews, including enterprise risk assessment and performance measurement
Drive core monthly operating rhythms — including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) — and develop the division's key performance metrics and progress tracking
Conduct market, competitive, and technology assessments across key segments and geographies to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Partner with Product Line Management, Sales, and Product Engineering to define go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and commercialization plans for new and existing products
Evaluate portfolio adjacencies and new product feasibility; provide leadership with market-informed recommendations on product development, pricing, and investment decisions
Lead end-to-end strategic projects from scoping through executive-level recommendations — covering market entry, technology viability, competitor positioning, and adjacency and acquisition assessments
Builds collaborative partnerships across product, sales, and engineering functions to drive shared outcomes
Manages multiple concurrent strategic workstreams with competing priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Presents complex analyses and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
