Head of Finance / Robotics Startup / Onsite in Woburn, MA

An early-stage robotics startup based in Woburn, MA is seeking a Head of Finance to support their mission of modernizing the automotive industry through advanced AI-powered systems. The position is full-time, requiring onsite presence five days per week.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a #2 under a CFO or as head of finance/controller at a small company
• Automotive or manufacturing industry background
• Hands-on experience with SaaS or hardware product financial operations
• Track record supporting funding rounds, acquisitions, or IPOs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to implement scalable financial systems and processes

Desired Skills & Experience

• Startup experience in technology or robotics
• Familiarity with SaaS business models or hardware commercialization
• Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change
• Financial modeling and forecasting expertise for growth-stage companies
