• The Role*
• Operate linear accelerators (LINAC) independently to ensure the smooth execution of radiation treatments.
• Conduct 4-D simulations and utilize image-guided procedures for optimal treatment planning.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to patients throughout their therapy.
• Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and precision in all procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and medical physicists.

• What You'll Need*
• Completed and state-approved training as a Medical Radiology Technology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent qualification, including current radiation protection expertise.
• Ideally, possess initial practical experience in radiation therapy.
• Demonstrate empathy, friendliness, and respect towards patients, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
• Work diligently, with a structured and conscientious approach, both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess clear, appreciative communication skills and a strong service orientation.
