Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team and help drive sales through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer relationship building.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contact existing and prospective customers to promote our products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell our own-brand products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage warm leads and sales pipelines through our CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Work closely with Customer Service and other departments to maximise sales opportunities.
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience - 6 months plus.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a shared goal.

Available Shift Patterns Option 1: Monday to Friday (40 Hours)

• Monday: 08:50am - 7:30pm
• Tuesday to Thursday: 08:50am - 5:20pm
• Friday: 08:50am - 3:20pm

Option 2: Monday to Thursday (40 Hours)

• Monday to Thursday: 08:50am - 7:30pm
