1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer (MSP)

The Role:

As a key member of the support team, you will provide high-quality remote IT support to a diverse client base. You'll manage incoming queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and take full ownership of tickets through to resolution using industry-standard PSA and RMM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient and professional remote IT support<br />Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs<br />Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager)<br />Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices<br />Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configuration<br />Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out<br />Promote and adhere to cyber security best practices Skills &amp; Experience Required: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)<br />Experience with Windows OS installation and software configuration<br />Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt<br />Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach<br />Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution What's on Offer: Company pension scheme<br />Private healthcare and dental cover<br />25 days holiday + bank holidays<br />Car and phone allowance<br />Cycle-to-work scheme<br />Regular company events Due to the office location, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
