ServiceNow ITOM Administrator (Only visa independent candidate/W2)

• Own and administer the ServiceNow ITOM platform.
• Design, maintain, and govern the CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Manage Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules and CMDB data quality.
• Integrate CMDB with SCCM, Intune, Tenable, and other authoritative data sources.
• Develop dashboards and reporting around CMDB health, Discovery coverage, and Service Mapping accuracy.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
• Administer MID Servers and support cloud discovery across Azure and AWS.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and IT Operations teams to improve platform maturity and governance.

Required Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow ITOM administration experience.
• CMDB administration and governance.
• CSDM implementation and support.
• Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• MID Server administration.
• REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Azure and/or AWS Cloud Discovery.
• Experience integrating Asset Management concepts and authoritative data sources.
