Product Engineer

About the Role

This is a foundational product engineering role on a small, high-caliber founding team building AI-powered workflow software for private market operations. You will lead the design and development of the core interface through which operations teams interact with AI agents — shaping how users review, approve, and act on automated outputs in a high-stakes financial context.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the product's design system and UX patterns across the application.

• Build product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources.

• Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing and approving agent-generated outputs.

• Conduct user research with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and iterate on product features.

What We're Looking For

• 1–7 years of professional frontend development experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.

• A track record building workflow-driven interfaces that involve human review, exception handling, or approval steps.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Genuine interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust when presenting automated outputs.

• Enthusiasm for working in a small founding team environment with outsized ownership and impact.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €70,000 – €110,000 per year
