Typical responsibilities

• Leading delivery of complex engineering or digital transformation programmes
• Managing technical product or service roadmaps
• Working across engineering, IT and business stakeholders
• Coordinating multiple suppliers and delivery partners
• Driving continuous improvement of engineering systems and digital capabilities
• Managing governance, risk, quality and compliance
• Supporting adoption of new technologies, processes and toolsets
• Delivering programmes within highly regulated Defence and Aerospace environments

We're particularly interested in people who have experience with:

• Defence or Aerospace programmes
• Digital Engineering or Engineering Systems
• Product or Service Delivery
• Programme Management
• Engineering Transformation
• Systems Integration
• Vendor & Supplier Management
• Digital Thread / Model Based Engineering environments
• Engineering lifecycle management
• Security, governance or compliance
• Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery

Desirable experience

• Active SC Clearance (or recently held)
• ITIL
• Prince2
• APM
• Agile / SAFe
• Engineering or technical degree
