Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions for mission-critical financial services applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MuleSoft (CloudHub & On-Prem), API development, Kafka, event-driven architectures, DevSecOps, and cloud-native integration platforms. This leadership role involves solution architecture, technical design, hands-on development, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring development teams while delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design for enterprise integration initiatives
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions across CloudHub and On-Prem environments
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs following API-led architecture principles
• Integrate enterprise applications, vendor platforms (FIS, EPP), and third-party systems
• Design and implement event-driven integration solutions using Kafka or similar streaming technologies
• Optimize MuleSoft runtime performance, vCore allocation, and transaction throughput
• Implement API security, encryption, authentication, and compliance controls for financial services applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues while ensuring high availability
• Conduct code reviews, validate technical designs, mapping documents, and unit test results
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate demonstrations, walkthroughs, and technical reviews with business and QA teams
• Mentor development teams, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement across integration projects

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking environments
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud integration
• Experience with API Gateway, API Management, and API Governance
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration best practices
