Job Description

Global Partners LP seeks a Salesforce Product Owner to lead the roadmap and optimization of Salesforce solutions supporting Sales & Business Development across our energy, gas, oil, and electric businesses. You will translate commercial priorities into user stories, manage backlogs, and partner with sales, marketing, and IT to deliver data-driven capabilities that improve pipeline visibility and customer engagement. This role drives adoption, defines requirements, oversees testing, and ensures Salesforce aligns with safety, integrity, and innovation across our Northeastern U.S. operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap for Sales & Business Development.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage backlog, sprint planning, and release coordination with Salesforce admins and developers.
  • Design and optimize Salesforce workflows, objects, and dashboards to support sales performance.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Lead testing, UAT, and quality assurance for new Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across Salesforce instances.
  • Collaborate with IT on integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Continuously analyze platform usage and recommend enhancements aligned to business goals.
