Genesys Cloud Architect

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is in need of a Genesys Cloud Architect for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity supporting a customer in Houston, TX. This role will be a mix of onsite and remote. Candidates not local to the Houston area will be expected to travel onsite upwards of 50 - 60% of the time with T&E covered by the customer. The Genesys Cloud Architect will be supporting an enterprise migration of a newly acquired company, helping them migrate and integrate their Genesys Cloud environment into a single instance with the parent company. The Genesys Cloud Architect will be responsible for helping the customer migrate CX Cloud Connector to Service Cloud Voice, implementing platform configurations (routing, queues, skills, IVR flows), agent configurations, build and maintain call flows, develop and support API Integrations (customer is a MuleSoft shop), and support the integration of 3 rd party apps onto Genesys, specifically Salesforce.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience supporting the design, development and configuration of the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Must have prior consultative experience as well as experience interacting with key stakeholders to help them better understand solution design and the state of the migration.
• Experience migrating CX Cloud Connector to Service Cloud Voice.
• Experience supporting enterprise Genesys Cloud migrations into a single instance.
• Experience supporting the design and integration of 3 rd party applications, specifically Salesforce, onto the Genesys platform.
• MuleSoft API Integration experience.

• Any level of Genesys certification.
