Preferred Experience:

• Utility, Energy, Public Sector, or other Regulated Industry experience
• Customer-facing communications, newsletters, brochures, campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and executive communications
• AP Style, Plain Language Writing, Brand Governance
• Photography, Video Editing, Web Content, or Email Marketing (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging written content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, websites, social media, presentations, brochures, and customer communications.
• Design creative assets for print and digital platforms.
• Translate complex technical and regulatory information into clear, customer-friendly communications.
• Develop infographics, executive presentations, campaign materials, and visual storytelling content.
• Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple creative projects.
