Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infotainment/Connectivity Platform Lead with strong expertise in automotive embedded software, platform architecture, Board Support Packages (BSP), and hypervisor-based systems. The ideal candidate will lead platform-level development, integration, and optimization for next-generation automotive infotainment and connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of automotive infotainment and connectivity platforms.
  • Own platform architecture, system-level software integration, and technical delivery.
  • Lead BSP development, customization, and integration for automotive embedded platforms.
  • Design and support hypervisor-based systems and virtualization environments.
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, system architecture, and application development teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex embedded software issues and drive root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure platform performance, stability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and platform-level problem-solving activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in the automotive domain.
  • Strong experience with automotive infotainment and connectivity platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in Board Support Packages (BSP) and embedded platform integration.
  • Experience with hypervisor systems, virtualization, and platform-level software architecture.
  • Strong understanding of embedded Linux, RTOS, device drivers, and low-level software concepts.
  • Experience with hardware-software integration and debugging.
  • Excellent technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier projects.
  • Knowledge of automotive connectivity technologies and infotainment architectures.
  • Experience leading platform development teams and managing technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with automotive software development and integration processes.
