Job Description

ETL Data Engineer

Location: Westlake, TX (Onsite)

 

·         Expert-level knowledge of writing complex SQL queries using Oracle.

·         Expert-level knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, packages, triggers)

·         Strong working experience in ETL tools like Informatica (Power Center)

·         Working experience in scripting and automation using Unix, Python in a Data Engineering environment.

·         Extensive experience with Relational Databases like Oracle including being able to implement performance tuning techniques

·         Strong working knowledge of Data warehousing patterns and Dimensional Modelling techniques using Oracle.

·         Experience building scalable patterns for data integration in a cloud-based as well as on-prem environments

·         Working knowledge of Batch scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys.

·         Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as OBIEE/OAS

·         Working experience using GitHUB for Source Code Management (SCM) in a Data Engineering Practice.
