Title : Data Scientist

Duration: 3 years plus extension

Location: Remote – must be located in PST, MST, or CST

Must Haves (no exceptions)

• 7+ years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, A/B testing, or mathematical modeling
• Master''s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related quantitative field (additional 2 years’ experience may substitute for education)
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries
• Experience with Databricks and Lakehouse / Medallion Architecture
• Dashboard development using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Experience with AWS cloud-based data environments
• Experience building and monitoring data pipelines, ETL processes, and data ingestion frameworks
• Strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance experience
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets and translating findings into business insights
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, PySpark, SAS, or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of data modeling, including Star Schema and Entity-Relationship Modeling
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead meetings with executive stakeholders
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading technical initiatives

• Machine learning and predictive analytics experience

• Healthcare or patient data experience
• GIS mapping and database experience
• DevOps exposure
• Experience with RDS or other relational database systems
