The Role • Collaborate with senior engineers on advanced data analytics solutions and agile development projects for a high-visibility mission. • Provide technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile development initiatives. • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting analytic missions. • Engage in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies. • Participate in a robust quality assurance process including testing and validation prior to production deployment. What You'll Need • Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph is required. • Twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or four (4) years of additional equivalent SWE experience. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and experience with Linux operating systems. • Experience with full-stack development including JavaScript, React, and Mongo, along with prior analytic or production environment experience. • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is highly desired.
