Application Support Developer – Healthcare Integration Platforms

<>Job Summary

Seeking an Application Support Developer to support healthcare integration platforms, including CMS Transactions & Prior Authorization Middleware and Health OS Data Services (Clinical Integration APIs). The role focuses on production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Java-based applications and APIs.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot applications built on Java, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
• Support HL7 FHIR APIs and healthcare integration workflows.
• Monitor application health, performance, and system availability.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
• Support releases, deployments, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams.
