Job Title : QA Automation Engineer (CIAM, Authentication & Security Testing)

Location : Charlotte, NC | New Jersey, NJ

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for authentication and login systems.
• Validate CIAM platform features and integrations with security vendor products.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• One-Time Password (OTP) workflows
• Refresh token and session management
• Biometric authentication flows
• Risk-based authentication and threat metrics
• User identity verification services
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Perform API testing for security and authentication-related services.
• Validate API responses, error handling, authentication tokens, and vendor integrations.
• Test mobile authentication and biometric login flows using Perfecto or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
• Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot defects and validate fixes.
• Contribute to test planning, regression testing, and automation coverage improvements.
• Participate in requirements discussions and provide testability feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
