The Role • Provide day-to-day HR services and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. • Support onboarding, associate relations, and performance management processes. • Act as a resource for associates and managers, promoting a positive work environment. • Assist with recruiting activities and new hire onboarding. • Help administer performance reviews, track completion, and support documentation. • Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of HR experience, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, and benefits administration. • Foundational understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
