The Role

• Operate linear accelerators (LINAC) independently and ensure smooth radiation therapy procedures.
• Perform 4D simulations and utilize image-guided techniques for optimal treatment planning.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to patients throughout their therapy.
• Contribute to a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed, state-recognized training as a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent qualification, including current radiation protection expertise.
• Ideally, prior practical experience in radiation therapy.
• Empathetic, friendly, and respectful approach to patient interaction, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Dedicated, structured, and conscientious work ethic, both independently and as part of a team.
• Clear, appreciative communication skills and a strong service orientation.
