Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Location: Palo Alto, California (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional with deep platform-level knowledge and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will function as a hands-on architect and engineer, capable of working with the business to create solutions. This role is focused on practical application and development, with a long-term growth path toward a platform architect position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges and provide innovative, hands-on solutions.
• Develop integrations, workflow automation, and platform customizations following best practices.
• Independently evaluate new ServiceNow products and accelerate adoption through rapid proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Act as a key technical resource with a consultative and solution-focused approach.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced expertise across the ServiceNow platform and ITSM capabilities.
• Strong development experience in integrations, workflow automation, and platform customization.
• Ability to develop proof-of-concepts, particularly for modules like SAM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in FSM (Field Service Management).
• Experience with SPM, CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, HRSD, and SLO/Service Operations modules.

Work Location

This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to be local and work on-site one day per week.
