Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and AWS Bedrock Agent Core to design, develop, and deploy AI Agent solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building agentic AI applications, integrating foundation models, developing APIs and implementing scalable AI architectures on AWS.

The role involves working closely with product data engineering and business teams to build intelligent assistants, autonomous agents, RAG solutions, workflow automation capabilities and AI-powered business applications.

Key Responsibilities                                                                     

• Design, develop and deploy AIGenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• Develop scalable backend services and AI workflows using Python
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
• Integrate Foundation Models Claude Nova, Llama, etc through AWS Bedrock
• Develop prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Optimize model performance, latency, scalability and cost
• Implement monitoring, observability, security, and governance controls for AI applications
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production deployments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related field
• 10 years of software engineering experience
• 1 year of experience building Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions
• AWS certifications are highly desirable
• Experience working in Insurance, Financial Services, or Enterprise Data Platforms is a plus
